As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be at the forefront of maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization at The Mozart Prague. You will lead and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals, ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Job Description

• Leadership & Supervision: Manage and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and other housekeeping materials, ensuring timely replenishment and cost-effective management.
• Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve guest complaints and requests promptly and efficiently, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for the housekeeping team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

• Proven experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Czech and English languages
• Ability to work flexible hours
