• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing and directing all Housekeeping activities in Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction & also maintaining high level of service and cleaning & maintenance standards in all areas of responsibilities.
• To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action.

• Establish standards and procedures for the work of Housekeeping team and plan work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• To direct and control the Housekeeping operations and staff of the Housekeeping department.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre should be brought to the attention of the Management.
