Inspiring and engaging, As Housekeeping Manager, you will take ownership of providing exceptional accommodation experience alongside with our dynamic Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for leading, developing, coaching and training a diverse team of Housekeeping Leaders and Housekeeping colleagues.

What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and support the Housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and engagement
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet luxury brand standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity to align with occupancy and operational needs
- Handle guest concerns and special requests promptly, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
- Monitor departmental performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Promote a culture of recognition, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Other duties assigned
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous leadership experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and quality standards
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with Opera or related hotel systems is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

You will be part of a dynamic leadership team, working closely with Rooms Division and other departments to deliver exceptional service. Collaboration, attention to detail, and a shared commitment to excellence define our working environment.
