Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Those with previous experience in housekeeping are preferred. Physical fitness and a keen eye for detail are essential, as well as good communication skills and a professional attitude. Candidates should be flexible with their work schedule, prioritize guest satisfaction, and comply with the hotel's cleanliness and service standards. Fluency in English can be advantageous.
