• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure from the hotel.

• Escort guests to their rooms when required.

• Assist with the transfer, storage, and handling of guest luggage and personal property, while responding to guest requests for assistance or information.

• Support the Front Desk with check-ins and check-outs as required.

• Act as a Lobby Ambassador by managing lobby traffic flow and assisting guests to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.

• Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
• Strong customer service experience is crucial.
• Must have H endorsement driving license.
