Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Head Concierge to join our prestigious hotel in Baghdad, Iraq. As the leader of our concierge team, you will be responsible for ensuring an unparalleled guest experience and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

  • Oversee and manage the concierge team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services in Baghdad and surrounding areas
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized recommendations and assistance
  • Coordinate complex guest requests, including travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, and special events
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers
  • Ensure seamless communication between the concierge desk and other hotel departments
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Implement and maintain concierge service standards and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service quality
  • Stay updated on local events, attractions, and cultural activities to provide current information to guests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Concierge or in a similar leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external partners
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and training
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
