We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Handyperson to support the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. Working closely with our Engineering team, you’ll help keep the resort running smoothly, ensuring all areas are well-maintained, safe and guest-ready. From routine inspections and painting to general repairs, you’ll enjoy a varied role where your work makes a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across guest rooms, public areas and plant equipment including painting, door locks, safes, air-conditioning cleaning and pool maintenance
• Complete routine inspections and identify faults or repair requirements
• Support preventative maintenance programs and daily plant checks
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of completed and outstanding tasks
• Liaise with team members and contractors to minimise disruption to guests

• Proven hands-on skills across general maintenance and painting
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, team-focused, and committed to a positive workplace culture
• Guest-focused with the ability to provide friendly, professional service
• Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
