• Supports the Guest Experience Manager and ensure Korean speaking and VIP guests’ experience meets expectations from pre-arrival to departure.

• Prepares for the Korean speaking arrivals and take care of the special arrangements/requests.

• Facilitates the in-room check-in of Korean speaking guests and guests with transfer-in.

• Monitors Korean speaking arrivals, in-house and departures, and offer assistance through the duration of their stay.

• Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.

• Fluency in Korean language (reading, writing and speaking). Knowledge of Korean culture and customs is an asset.

• Service-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
