Golf Reservations Agent

Nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just two hours north of Downtown Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler defines mountain luxury. Golf – Reservations Agent

Our Golf Reservations Agent will oversee the booking of tee times for our Audubon-certified Golf Course at Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

This is a full-time, seasonal role, available for the duration of our Golf season, from April until October.

Starting Rate of Pay: $20.20 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.45 per hour.

Job Duties Include:

• Taking tee time reservations over the phone
• Managing administrative responsibilities for the golf team
• Working in the Golf Shop, checking in guests for tee times and selling retail items
• Tee time reservation confirmations
• Working on the Concept Golf system

• Experience and knowledge of working in and around the game of golf
• Experience creating reservations and using a booking system
• Track record of upselling and inviting repeat business
