SO/ Sotogrande, a prestigious golf resort located in the beautiful resort of Sotogrande, Spain, is looking for a passionate and qualified Golf Instructor to join our team. As a Golf Instructor at our Sotogrande based facility, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and love of the game with guests and members of all skill levels.

• You will teach individual and group golf lessons to clients and members, tailoring instruction to the level and objectives of each client.

• Teaching golf classes and workshops for youth, teens, and adults.

• Teaching programmes for beginners, intermediate and advanced players.

• Responsible for keeping attendance of all classes and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

• Deliver golf courses and workshops to improve players' techniques, strategies and overall performance.

• Support in the organisation and supervision of golf tournaments and events at the resort.

• Ensure a thorough knowledge of the world of golf, the latest techniques, brands, and golf instructional equipment.

• Customer oriented with great empathy, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and creating a positive learning environment.

• Collaborate with Pro-shop staff to recommend appropriate equipment and products to clients.

• Maintain the golf practice facilities and ensure that they are in optimal condition for instruction

• Promote the resort's golf programmes and services to increase participation and revenue.

• Preferred 2 years’ experience teaching children’s classes. Appropriate certifications or coursework preferred.

• Experience teaching sports classes for long-term semesters or one-off workshops.

• Must be able to contribute to the curriculum for the program with flexibility to adapt based to the needs of the community.

• Ability to work with youth, teens, and adults highly preferred.

• Qualified to teach advanced players with low handicaps

• High level of English and Spanish
