What your workday looks like …

• You’ll manage both the hotel’s strategy and its operations – and in that way you’ll ensure good performance figures and excellent positioning.
• You’ll play a part in hotel sales and marketing and manage the hotel’s commercial operations, from budgeting to managing 216 rooms and a large team, and from forging contacts with gastro concept partners to representing the hotel in the local market.
• You’ll oversee the hotel’s unique gastro concepts, including the vibrant Ribelli restaurant, the iconic Dachboden bar, and the Kvetch Foodtruck, ensuring their continued success and innovation.
• You’ll assemble your own team, look after cooperation partners, coordinate operational activities and ensure that staff are motivated and guests contented.
• You’ll constantly make sure that the hotel is living up to the brand’s mission of creating soulful spaces.
• You’ll select, train and lead your team members to at all times create great memories for our guests.

Your personality matters more than your resume …

• You bring several years of experience in the upscale lifestyle hotel industry as General Manager or experience in a similar position.
• You are fluent in verbal and written German and English.
• You are a passionate host.
• Your ability to inspire colleagues and accompany them in their development; be a role-model and lead by example.
• You are not afraid to jump in the daily operation where necessary.
• Your courage to make decisions and openness when it was not the right one.
• You love Vienna and want to be at home here.
• You're hungry to live the 25hours brand on a daily basis and strengthen its presence in this market.
