SO/ Sotogrande, a luxurious resort located in the beautiful Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist Trainee to join our team. • Assist in welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
• Learn to process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's property management system
• Support the front desk team in handling guest inquiries and requests
• Assist in managing room assignments and maintaining accurate guest records
• Learn to handle basic administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails
• Shadow experienced staff to understand hotel operations and guest service standards
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills in customer service and hotel procedures
• Assist in promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
• Learn to handle basic financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Agreement with the school is required
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish 
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
