Αναζητούμε έναν δυναμικό και έμπειρο Front Office Manager M/F/X για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας στο πολυτελές μας θέρετρο στα Σύβοτα, Ελλάδα. Ως το πρόσωπο του ξενοδοχείου μας, θα ηγηθείτε της ομάδας front office για την παροχή εξαιρετικών εμπειριών στους επισκέπτες, διασφαλίζοντας παράλληλα την ομαλή καθημερινή λειτουργία.
- Επιβλέπετε όλες τις λειτουργίες του front office, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της υποδοχής, του θυρωρείου και των υπηρεσιών εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Να καθοδηγείτε, να εκπαιδεύετε και να παρακινείτε την ομάδα front office για να διατηρείτε υψηλά πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Διαχειρίζεστε αποτελεσματικά και επαγγελματικά το check-in, το check-out και τις ερωτήσεις των επισκεπτών.
- Επιλύετε τα παράπονα και τις ανησυχίες των επισκεπτών άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά
- Εφαρμογή και διατήρηση συστημάτων και διαδικασιών front office
- Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση των μετρήσεων απόδοσης του front office και των οικονομικών αναφορών
- Συνεργαστείτε με άλλα τμήματα για να εξασφαλίσετε απρόσκοπτη εμπειρία για τους επισκέπτες.
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και προμηθειών για την περιοχή του front office
- Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τις πολιτικές του ξενοδοχείου, τους κανονισμούς ασφαλείας και τους τοπικούς νόμους
- Να ενημερώνεστε για τα τοπικά αξιοθέατα και εκδηλώσεις ώστε να παρέχετε ακριβείς πληροφορίες στους επισκέπτες
- Συμμετοχή στις στρατηγικές διαχείρισης εσόδων του ξενοδοχείου
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία (3-5 έτη) σε εργασίες front office ξενοδοχείων, με τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε διευθυντικό ρόλο
- Προτιμάται πτυχίο Bachelor στη διοίκηση ξενοδοχειακών επιχειρήσεων ή σε συναφή τομέα
- Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες με την ικανότητα να εκπαιδεύει και να παρακινεί τα μέλη της ομάδας
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας- η γνώση της ελληνικής και άλλων γλωσσών είναι πλεονέκτημα
- Γνώση λογισμικού διαχείρισης ξενοδοχείων (OPERA CLOUD)
- Ισχυρή ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και λήψης αποφάσεων
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών με νοοτροπία επικεντρωμένη στον πελάτη
- Στενή κατανόηση της οικονομικής διαχείρισης και του προϋπολογισμού στον τομέα της φιλοξενίας
- Ικανότητα ευέλικτου ωραρίου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Σαββατοκύριακων και των αργιών
- Η γνώση της τοπικής περιοχής και της ελληνικής κουλτούρας είναι πλεονέκτημα
- Πιστοποίηση διαχείρισης ξενοδοχείων είναι πλεονέκτημα
