Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who can shine within a dynamic Managment Team. Managing a team of Supervisors, Receptionists and Night Auditor/Porters, this is not a first time role. A leader who can inspire and train the team to Novotel standards and exceed guest expectations. You will be required to work flexible shifts with some weekend cover on a 40 hour contract.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 


Qualifications

Hospitality experience essential, 

Management experience essential.
