Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining smooth operations at our front desk.

  • Greet and assist guests, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and room bookings
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, consistently exceeding guest expectations
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and seek timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, and financial transactions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure up-to-date room status information
  • Assist in training and motivating the reception team to promote teamwork and efficiency
  • Identify and implement cost-effective resource management strategies
  • Prepare and maintain front office logs, shift reports, and other relevant documentation
  • Support the management team in organizing and executing special events or functions
  • Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with accurate information

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in customer service software and property management systems
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services in Mumbai
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
