Together with 25 colleagues, you will ensure that our guests' stay is unforgettable. We are a multi-competent team that is ready to serve our guests everywhere. We are a flat organization that encourages growth and where you can really learn the trade! From the moment you welcome our guests until the moment they leave, you are their first point of contact within the hotel and the face of ibis Amsterdam Center Stopera. You are a true host/hostess and understand better than anyone how to pamper guests. You are flexible and versatile in all activities in both the service and the front office. The entire lobby, restaurant and bar are your playing field and that is what makes your job so much fun.

We are looking for a true specialist in hospitality for the position of Front office employee Someone with the human touch, who is “out-going” and has their own identity! You are able to make a genuine connection with the guest and convey the “Feel Welcome” feeling. Of course you are willing to work varying shifts because a hotel is open 24/7, so we are looking for colleagues who want to work morning and evening shifts. We have many international guests, so it is important that you speak English.

You can also count on a suitable salary between €2,300 and €2,600 based on experience, a good bonus incentive, many vacation days, discounts on sleeping and food and drinks in  Accor Hotels worldwide. You will work in an informal, pleasant corporate culture where we organize a lot of fun parties and activities for the staff.
