Job Description

We have the opportunity to welcome a new Front Office All Rounder to our Front Office team, to continue to provide exemplary service to our guests. As a Front Office All Rounder, you will:

  • Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts by ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on time. 
  • Proudly promoting the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Hotel Front Office Experience: Prior experience working in a hotel's front office environment.
  • Systems Proficiency: Confidence with the Opera hotel management system.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions with a guest-focused approach, creating memorable experiences for our guests. 
  • Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Brisbane, particularly South Brisbane, and ability to recommend attractions and activities.
  • Flexible Availability: You will be required to work a range of shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Unlimited working rights in Australia a must. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this job role.
