Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Team Member at our vibrant establishment, Ibis London Blackfriars. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues
- Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
