Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our No35 Restaurant. 

As part of our leadership team, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the restaurant team in providing seamless, professional, and personalised service.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to anticipate and exceed guest needs.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Oversee daily operations including staff allocation, reservations, and service flow.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or Restaurant 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible availability to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
