The Role
We’re on the hunt for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dynamic team and elevate the guest experience. If you’re ready to bring energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to Rotorua’s premier dining destination, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:
✨ Lead the charge in creating memorable dining moments.
✨ Supervise and inspire a team of vibrant Food & Beverage Attendants.
✨ Oversee service across Barrel & Co. Bar and Grill, room service, and events.
✨ Be the driving force behind efficiency, quality, and a top-tier guest experience.
✨ Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless service.

What You’ll Bring:
✔ Experience in hospitality, with leadership or supervisory roles of + 2 years 
✔ A can-do attitude and ability to think on your feet.

✔ Experience in bar skills and cocktail making
✔ Expose to training and development of team members 
✔ A love for teamwork and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
✔ Attention to detail, ensuring every plate, drink, and guest interaction is perfect.

✔ Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
