Food & Beverage Supervisor

Novotel Tainui Hamilton is in the heart of beautiful Kirikiriroa (Hamilton). This is a 4 level hotel with a total of 217 rooms, located alongside the Waikato River. We have an opening for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help keep things ticking at Restaurant on Alma. 

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Bar and Restaurant
• Delegate duties among staff so all aspects of the shift are covered, ensure concise handover to the next shift
• Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations
• Take all practicable steps to maintain a safe work environment following Accor Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedure

• LCQ and GM Certificate preferred
• Good communication skills
• Leadership experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of initiative
• Symphony experience preferred
• Willing to go above and beyond for the guests
