Job Description

Food & Beverage Manager 

As Food & Beverage Manager you will assume full responsibility for managing and overseeing the Food & Beverage department including, Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing. 


What you will be doing:

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing), ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of performance, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor revenue, costs, and budgets to meet financial targets while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
  • Work with the Kitchen team to refine menu pricing, promotions, and offerings that align with guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Your Experience and Skills: 

  • Previous experience in leading a team in a hotel or restaurant environment will be highly regarded,
  • The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays,
  • Previous experience with a POS System; we currently use Shiji
  • Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation
  • Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with competing priorities.
  • Currently hold or be willing and able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and senior First Aid certification.
