Job Description

GENERAL MISSION:

  • Meet and assist the guess in all Food & Beverage outles of the hotel, and ensure that at all time the maximum guest satisfaction is achieved.
  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the overall day to day operations of the department (planning, controlling, supervising and coordinating)
  • Will be involved in projects and missions engaged by the Food & Beverage department.
  • Will be working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Food & Beverage Manager to bring ideas and ensure the quality standards.

Qualifications

An ideal candidate with a strong hospitality background, fluent in English, and attuned to luxury standards, having successfully completed their first internship in an operational department and also available for a program lasting up to 6 months.


Additional Information

Assist and ensure maximum guest satisfaction in all Food & Beverage outlets, while supporting the Director of Food & Beverage in managing daily operations such as planning, controlling, supervising, and coordinating. Actively participate in projects and initiatives within the department, working closely with both the Director of Food & Beverage and the Food & Beverage Manager to generate ideas and maintain high-quality standards.
