The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the Food & Beverage division. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, efficient coordination across outlets, and the successful execution of departmental initiatives, while upholding the highest standards of service and organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and departmental communications
  • Assist with payroll preparation, including timecard reviews and adjustments
  • Support recruitment processes, including interview coordination and onboarding follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation (e.g., training records, certifications)
  • Assist with ordering, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination as required
  • Support the execution of colleague engagement initiatives and departmental events
  • Liaise with other departments (Talent & Culture, Finance, Culinary, etc.) to ensure alignment
  • Monitor and support compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed
  • Assist with guest requests or operational support when required
  • This role requires flexibility to support operational needs and may involve occasional support on the floor during peak periods or special events.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous administrative or Food & Beverage experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Serving It Right certification required

Your team and working environment:

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative Food & Beverage team, supporting multiple outlets and working closely with leaders across the division. This role offers exposure to various areas of the operation, providing a unique opportunity to build strong relationships and gain a well-rounded understanding of luxury hospitality.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
