Food & Beverage Attendant

Located in the heart of Broadbeach and just moments from the ocean, Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is a five-star luxury hotel featuring 296 elegant rooms and suites, a signature restaurant, two bars, a multi-level pool and ten versatile event spaces.

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our passionate team, with a primary focus joining the Bistro On3 evening service. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across Room81, TC’s Bar & Gaming Lounge, and Banquets, offering variety and development across all our outlets.

In this role, you’ll curate memorable dining experiences - from setting the mood and anticipating guest needs, to collaborating seamlessly with the Kitchen and wider Hotel teams. This is a hands-on position that rewards confidence, polish, and genuine passion for hospitality.

What you’ll do

• Deliver refined a la carte service during Bistro On3’s evening service, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere
• Guide guests through menus with confident recommendations, upselling premium dishes and wine pairings
• Engage warmly with ALL – Accor Live Limitless and loyal Sofitel guests, personalising their dining experience
• Collaborate closely with Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure seamless service and flawless presentation
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues gracefully, and curate memorable moments at every table
• Work flexibly across outlets including Room81, TC’s and Banquets, maintaining Sofitel’s high service standards from setup to close

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in a la carte dining - in a luxury environment advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and guest engagement skills
• Confidence and poise in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
• A passion for food, wine, and curating memorable dining moments
• Availability to work an average of 38 hours per week across a variety of shifts, including nights and weekend
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and excellence
