This role is responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, enforcing internal controls, managing the monthly and yearly tax compliance process, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and Accor global standards and requirements.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards., as well as Indonesia tax knowledge, preferable if have Brevet License
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in accounting, audit, and Indonesian taxation and other compliance matters. Experience in both corporate and audit environments would be an added advantage.
