Are you searching for an internship and do you have a large passion for F&B? Then this might be the perfect internship place for you! Novotel Amsterdam City is searching for a new F&B Trainee.

Novotel Amsterdam City is one of the largest four-star hotels in the BeNeLux area. The hotel has 610 guest rooms, 17 meetings rooms, and a large restaurant which can seat up to 260 guests. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service, and we have a great bar for our guests to enjoy a drink.

What can you expect?
During this internship you will learn a lot about the operational aspects of F&B. Besides the tasks of hosting guests and ensuring that they have a great time at the hotel, we also encourage you to be inquisitive. We have a great team of supervisors, bartenders and hosts to teach you all the ins and outs of F&B. Want to learn how to make cocktails? Our bartenders got you ;). Want to know everything about wine? Our supervisors can explain every detail to you, even how to properly taste the wine. 

A day in the life of an F&B Trainee
You will serve our guests and make sure they have an amazing time at our restaurant. In the morning our guests will have a breakfast buffet where you will guide our guests to their table, making sure the tables are clean and the buffet looks nice and tidy. In the evening our guests will eat a la carte and you will make their night, and there is time for a chit chat with the guest. You and the rest of the F&B team are responsible for a journey our guests will never forget. And that’s not all, this vacancy is even more versatile! You will also learn and assist our banqueting team during big events and meetings!

• A compensation of € 750,- gross per month based on a 38 hours work week;
