Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

•Lead the daily operations of the outlet to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure service standards are met at all times.

•Supervise and guide the team, including scheduling, training, and performance support to achieve service excellence.

•Maintain smooth coordination with kitchen and other departments while monitoring inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

•Proven experience in F&B operations with strong leadership and communication skills.

•Guest-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

•Ability to manage team performance, handle pressure, and ensure compliance with service and hygiene standards.
