Job Description

  • Lead, inspire and manage operations F&B team of 20+ talents, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to organize and execute conferences and events
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences, increase revenue, optimize operations
  • Leverage social media to promote F&B offerings and engage with guests
  • Stay updated on industry trends and local culinary preferences to keep our offerings fresh and appealing
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently

 


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and costs including payroll and expenses
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
