F&B Attendant / Hostess

• Provides a friendly and personalized welcome for guests
• Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have
• Answers the outlet telephone in friendly manner, gives information and promotes the outlets, takes reservation

• Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Attendant / Hostess 
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Good knowledge of F&B Service operation especially All Day Dining Restaurant
• Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
