Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our team in the beautiful city of Udaipur, India. As an F&B Ambassador, you will be the face of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan and beyond.

  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional atmosphere
  • Offer expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and local specialties
  • Educate guests about the history and cultural significance of various dishes and beverages
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to stay informed about daily specials and menu changes
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and themed dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and dining concepts
  • Collect and provide feedback to management on guest preferences and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests effectively
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, including local Rajasthani cuisine and international offerings
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and reservation software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Understanding of wine and beverage pairings
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Knowledge of local Rajasthani culture and traditions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
