Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our dynamic team at Movenpick Waad Al Shamal. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our housekeeping and laundry teams to deliver exceptional service standards while maintaining seamless coordination across all hotel departments. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes both productivity and employee development.

 

  • Establish and maintain effective coordination and cooperation with all hotel departments to maximize productivity, team morale, and guest service delivery in alignment with Movenpick's luxury hospitality standards
  • Lead, motivate, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff through ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure smooth departmental operations and promote teamwork
  • Oversee laundry operations including inventory management, quality control, equipment maintenance, and staff scheduling to ensure timely delivery of pristine linens and guest amenities
  • Monitor laundry processing standards, chemical usage, and fabric care protocols to maintain the highest quality standards while optimizing operational costs
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for housekeeping and laundry attendants, maintaining comprehensive training records and ensuring all safety protocols and hygiene standards are understood and implemented
  • Interact with guests and hotel personnel in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, addressing concerns with empathy and promptness
  • Respond to guest queries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service excellence
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, hotel standards, and safety provisions by all departmental employees through consistent monitoring and enforcement
  • Provide effective support and guidance to team members, enabling them to deliver efficient and high-quality housekeeping and laundry services
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for departmental employees, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance across housekeeping and laundry operations to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement

 


Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years housekeeping experience in hotels, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in upscale or international brand hotels preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry systems, chemicals, and hotel PMS coordination.
  • Good leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

  • Remote Location - Turaif, Saudi Arabia.
