As our Event Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales team in bringing events at Hyde Melbourne Place to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced world of events and hospitality, with a role that combines event sales, planning, coordination and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the conversion of corporate and social/wedding enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and all supporting event documentation.
- Coordinate corporate, wedding, and social events, ensuring all logistics are accurately planned.
- Support venue tours and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Liaise with venue, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, pipeline updates and reporting within Ivvy.
About You
- Previous experience in event sales, coordination, or hospitality preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events at once.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship-building skills.
- Wxperience using Ivvy or a similar CRM/event management system is desirable.
