With a creative flair and strategic mindset, you'll manage everything from ambiance to social media content, ensuring every event reflects Mama Shelter’s unique vibe. 🎶🍹✨

Entertainment

• Searching for and booking DJs and live bands, making sure they match Mama’s positioning and budget 
• Managing and cultivating relationships with DJs, musicians and other artists 
• Leading and supporting the team in managing the ambiance, sound and light in the restaurant, terrace and rooftop 
• Creating and managing special events to rise the attending customer numbers and grow the F&B business of the hotel 
• Overseeing the events and coordinating a team responsible for ensuring the event is in line with the client’s vision 
• Managing invoicing & budgeting, ensuring administrative aspects to all tasks related to the role 
• Creating & organising different type of events to increase Mama Shelter [city] brand awareness in the local market
• Ensuring that the brand’s DNA is reflected in all events

Social Media

• Following Mama Shelter’s central marketing & communication, as well as with our dedicated communications agency 
• Delivering the content that is shared on social media by the agency 
• Be able to create content by your own using creative tools and softwares 
• Creating a social media content/event calendar 
• Increasing social media engagement across platforms 
• Ensuring that the brand’s DNA is reflected in all digital communications

• At least 2 years of experience in managing organising events, particularly in hotel-restaurant or related festive sector
• Experienced in the visual creation tools 📍
• Languages: fluency in the Czech language, professional English and a 3rd language is a plus
