• Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, action item logs and reports.
• Support procurement by tracking delivery timelines and coordinating with suppliers.

• 3+ years of experience in engineering support, operations, or project coordination role.
• Familiarity with engineering processes and technical project environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
