We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of talented engineers, driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects while aligning technical expertise with business objectives.

• Oversee and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and external technical professionals
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with organizational goals
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects
• Monitor and optimize the performance of plant equipment and systems
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
• Spearhead energy conservation initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing engineering teams
• Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of driving innovation and process improvements
• Experience with energy conservation and efficiency programs (preferred)
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and practices
• Familiarity with fire protection systems and emergency response procedures
