Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Create and present compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining open communication channels
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Customer-focused attitude with a talent for understanding and addressing client needs
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Kannada preferred
  • Experience in the local Mysuru market is a plus
