Job Description

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

 

Planning & Organizing:                                                      

  1. Recommends improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.
  2. Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.

 

OPERATIONS:

  1. Displays good teamwork attitude while  working in a team for major
  2. Carry out Preventive Maintenance repairs and services
  3. Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the team.
  4. Be willing to train and instruct other members of the team by passing along knowledge and skills.
  5. To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  6. Follow the grooming standards and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times
  7. Repair and maintenance of all types of mechanic machinery and equipment.
  8. To ensure complete operation and safety of all electro mechanical equipment and their corresponding machinery through intensive maintenance and proper working procedure.
  9. Work independently to achieve set tasks
  10. Acts on issues and concerns in the electrical field immediately.
  11. Control the stocks and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
  12. Completes the daily task checklist and assigned jobs and ensures timely implementation.
  13. Complete training in all areas of Engineering and take responsibility for all areas of maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, kitchen maintenance and air conditioning.
  14. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Administration:

  1. Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel activities.
  2. Perform as per OSM Standards, and in line with the company’s Values and Core Behaviour
  3. To attend training classes as per schedule.
