Duty Bar Manager

We are seeking a Duty Bar Manager  to oversee bar operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, compliance with liquor licensing laws, and effective management of bar staff and resources.

• Supervise and coordinate bar staff during shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Act as Duty Manager under liquor licensing laws, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and incidents professionally and promptly.

• Open and close the bar, manage cash handling, and POS operations.

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and minimise wastage.

• Maintain workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Provide shift reports and communicate operational issues to senior management.

• Wage $31.52 per hour

• Holds Duty Manager Certificate (mandatory).

• 1+ years of relevant experience supervising bar or hospitality operations, including staff management, RSA compliance, and customer service.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
