Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our organization in Swissotel Al Hamrah  Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance across multiple channels.

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities in the Saudi Arabian region
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance on best practices and performance expectations
  • Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) across all digital channels
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Present regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms

**Required Experience:**

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or related marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing and leading marketing teams
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

**Required Education:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

**Preferred Skills & Tools:**

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and market analysis

**Domain Expertise:**

  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and regional consumer behavior
  • Brand management and positioning expertise
  • E-commerce and conversion optimization experience
