In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our digital media strategies to drive online direct sales, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience.

• Manage and update website content for Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla

• Ensure all digital web offers are aligned with brand positioning and are optimised for conversion.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns to drive direct bookings.

• Track and analyse digital marketing KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with digital agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

• Creative & Digital Asset Development

• Develop digital marketing collaterals for email marketing, paid search, and website promotions.

• Ensure all digital assets are aligned with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with agency experience.

• Experience in website management (WordPress, Elementor), UX optimization, and conversion tracking.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
