We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Communication and Marketing Assistant to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic student, eager to learn and contribute to enhancing our communication strategies both internally and externally.

Your mission :

• Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey the department’s goals, projects, and achievements. 
• Collaborate with IT teams to gather information and create engaging content for various platforms, including newsletters, emails, Teams, and our internal social media platform (Viva Engage). 
• Support the creation of presentation materials for stakeholder meetings and departmental updates. 
• Help organize and coordinate events and campaigns to promote department initiatives. 
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the department’s internal communication channels. 
• Engage with external stakeholders to encourage positive relationships and enhance the department’s public image. 

About you :

• Currently enrolled in a Communication, Marketing, or related field of study. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with social media platforms. 
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Keen interest in technology and the IT industry.
