Job Description

To provide professional spa treatments and excellent guest service while ensuring guest comfort, hygiene, and relaxation according to hotel and spa standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally
  • Conduct consultation before treatment
  • Perform spa treatments according to SOP and brand standards, such as: Balinese massage, Aromatherapy massage, Body scrub, Facial treatment, Foot reflexology
  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after use
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of spa equipment and areas
  • Maintain proper handling of oils, products, towels, and linens
  • Recommend suitable treatments or spa products to guests
  • Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality
  • Ensure guest safety and comfort during treatments
  • Support spa operation during busy periods
  • Assist in stock checking and replenishment when required
  • Follow hotel grooming and hygiene standards
  • Comply with health, safety, and workplace regulations

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as Spa Therapist is preferred
  • Certified Spa Therapist is an advantage
  • Good massage and treatment skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English communication preferred
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
