• Operate switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally, greeting all callers according to Accor policy and transfer all calls to relevant departments responding to requests quickly and efficiently.
• Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
• Assist GSA’s with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage incoming calls during peak times, allowing GSA's to focus on in-person guest interactions.

• Previous 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role or hotel outlets is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera Cloud.
