General Manager - Swissotel Living Bodrum & Swissotel Bodrum Hill

Be an ambassador of the brand and both properties as Cluster General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction, and maximized operating results across both hotels. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, along with the tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position both properties competitively in the marketplace.

You will be responsible for:

Leadership and Business Management

• Define the overall management and strategic direction of the property, ensuring that all departments achieve their operational targets.
• Increase profitability, optimize financial management, and ensure maximum efficiency in property operations.
• Guarantee full compliance with operational controls and legal regulations, ensuring seamless execution of all operations.
• Represent the brand, ensure the consistent implementation of all brand standards, and strengthen the property's market position.

Team and Culture Management

• Actively participate in the recruitment process for key positions within the property to select the best candidates.
• Foster employee engagement by creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas.
• Develop a strong service culture among all hotel teams, ensuring high motivation and productivity.
• Build strong relationships within the local community to enhance the property's regional impact.

• Maintain the highest product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
• Continuously improve operational processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business
