Airport Development Group (ADG) has made a significant investment of $25 million to transform the properties into a world-class destination. The major redevelopment project includes a range of upgrades to enhance the guest experience.

The existing accommodation and facilities have undergone significant enhancements, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the guests. We are excited to introduce a brand new lagoon pool, where you can relax and soak up the tropical vibes. Additionally, a poolside restaurant has been added, providing a delightful dining experience in a stunning setting.

• Plan and carry out preventative maintenance throughout the Hotel to ensure standards are maintained for a positive guest experience.
• Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Liaise with the General Manager and Financial Controller regarding use of contractors within the Hotel, controlling expenditure and ensuring work is to the standard required by the company and manufacturer specifications.

• Trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering would be preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience managing a maintenance function within a large multi-storey complex.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Property Management System.
