At Novotel Amsterdam City we are looking for an enthusiastic (breakfast) Cook!

What are you going to do?
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the dishes are produced at the highest level. We cook with the seasons, focus on the product and the preparation, where the demand of our guests important is. You will prepare dinner in an international kitchen. In addition, Novotel Amsterdam City offers an extensive Banqueting department with a maximum seated capacity of 600 (!) guests. Of course you do not do this alone and together with the kitchen team. Despite our large kitchen team, we want everyone to feel free to contribute ideas.
As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for your own section within the kitchen. You’ll work closely with an enthusiastic kitchen team and support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining the quality and presentation of our dishes.

- Salary above the Catering CLA scale 5, this is between € 2711,54 and € 3260,25 based on your experience;

Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a real enthusiastic hospitality lover! Someone who has experience working in a kitchen, is stress resistant and has HACCP knowledge. You are flexible, a team player and have great communication skills in English. Speaking Dutch is not required.
