Job Description

ALL about the job:

  • Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure every day is different
  • Logging all guest requests to ensure all requests are met within established timeframes
  • Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
  • Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
  • Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience

Qualifications

ALL about you:

    • An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
    • A people person who is able to make genuine connections with colleagues and guests, and to hear their story
    • The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues when required 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation
    • High level of computer literacy
    • The ability to work across a 24/7 roster - evenings, mornings, nights, and weekend
