Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Mysuru, India. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while building and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive organizational growth. You'll work collaboratively across departments to develop innovative solutions, analyze market trends, and execute strategic initiatives that propel our business forward.   • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and customer segments to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic business plans aligned with organizational objectives and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through transparent and professional communication
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and successful deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product development to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Present compelling business proposals and conduct persuasive negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships
  • Track key performance indicators and provide detailed analysis to support data-driven business decisions
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles within a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data interpretation and business metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset with resilience in navigating dynamic business environments
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; Sales & Marketing certifications or equivalent professional qualifications highly regarded
  • Adaptability and flexibility in approach with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
