Breakfast Waiter - Breman Brasserie

We’re looking for Breakfast Waiters & Waitresses who know how to make mornings brighter to join our team in Breman Brasserie.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.

A city so good we had to double down! In 2023 we have opened our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, this time based in the Eastern Docklands where we are lovingly taking the reins of the historic former Lloyd Hotel. This beautiful property features 136 bedrooms, including the introduction of some new rooms categories for the Hox, a large ground floor restaurant and huge outdoor terrace, a new bar and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. What you'll do...

You’re the first smile our guests see in the morning - the one who sets the tone for their day. Whether they’re grabbing a quick coffee before a meeting or settling in for a slow breakfast, you make them feel right at home.

• You bring good vibes (and great coffee) to the table, making mornings memorable in your own way.
• You make sure everything runs smoothly from the first croissant to the last cappuccino.
• Keep an eye on the details - from spotless tables and buffet items always looking spot on and refilled, to bills with no surprises.
• Be the go-to person for recommendations, requests, and those little extras that turn a meal into a moment (like remembering someone’s coffee order from the day before).
• Team up with the rest of the crew to keep service flowing, guests happy, and mornings buzzing.
